What are the downsides of uv light?

Sunscreen and sunglasses can be used to protect against UV radiation. Sunburn is a sign of short-term overexposure, while premature aging and skin cancer are side effects of prolonged exposure to UV rays. Exposure to UV rays increases the risk of potentially blinding eye diseases if eye protection is not used. In addition to sunburn and redness, UV light can cause a variety of symptoms that are often referred to collectively as “sun allergy”.

UV light is powerful in damaging the skin, not only the top layer but also the cell, the deepest layer of the skin. Therefore, it is necessary to take good care of your skin's health, but if your skin is already very damaged by ultraviolet light, which causes harmful signs on the face, such as wrinkles and loss of elasticity, you will probably need more effective help to eliminate all those negative signs. Although many people strongly believe in the harmful effects of UV rays, many studies have shown that UV rays have some essential benefits, not only for health but also for aesthetic reasons. The diseases that people often refer to as an allergy to the sun are usually due to sunlight and, in particular, to the UV part of the light. For example, a widespread disease caused by UV radiation is the eruption of polymorphic light, also known as solar eczema.
